Donna of the Rose: the bread is Grain Basket's Autumn Seeds and Grains (with Vitamin D). 3 grms of fiber per slice and 10% DMR of calcium per slice (90 cal. a slice). :-) Let's see, I found it at a Fred Myers store so that would be a Kroger store...are they out your way?
